Our 5 bedroom, wheelchair accessible chalet sleeps 10 comfortably. With 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms, large groups or multiple families can easily share. Each bedroom has its own washroom as well as one additional half bath available on the main floor. The upper level has 2 bedrooms with balconies, both enjoying views of lake. The master bedroom with King size bed complete with ensuite includes Jacuzzi bath & separate shower. The other upper level bedroom has a queen size bed. Also on upper floor a loft area with 2 chairs and small coffee table to sit, relax and take in the view of the lake. We offer discounts for weekly (or longer) rentals. There is however a $100 cleaning fee for a rental that is less then 3 days in length. We are flexible on the method of payment, contact us to discuss in detail. We ask that you treat our chalet as your own and please report any breakage. We do not, however, allow pets.

'Cooks Delight' - A feature of this chalet is extra kitchen equipment available to those that want to enjoy their cookery. Features include a sauna, outdoor hot tub, and two large decks. Wonderful 4 Bed chalet located on the edge of the award winning Humber Valley Resort Golf course with views of the golf course, Deer Lake and the Humber Valley. The ideal place for you and friends to unwind after an adventure filled day in Newfoundland. This chalet has it all!
This inviting 4-bedroom chalet is just right for family and friends to get together and enjoy the feeling of refined relaxation. The lower level offers a pool table and sunken entertainment room along with a sauna. Fully equipped with the latest audio visual technology. From the home automation system to the centralized film and music library, this chalet is a techie's dream! So let me take you on a tour of the Chalet.... At the very top we have the wonderful cozy mezzanine area (see picture 4 on the right) which gives a welcoming place to retreat to and read your favorite book or perhaps indulge in a glass of your favorite wine whilst taking in the spectacular views. But be careful - those seats are just soooo comfortable - we don't want you to doze off, there's just so much to discover. Coming down a level we have a balcony with views down onto the Living room and on one side the master bedroom (picture 1) and the other side the second bedroom. Just a word or two about the bedrooms. We have in total 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins). Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite equipped to the highest standards with both a bath and a separate walk-in shower (see picture 5 for example). There's even a hair dryer supplied. 3 of the en-suites are fitted with luxury 2 person air-pool baths. For your entertainment each bedroom has not only been equipped with a wall mounted flat screen TV and satellite receiver but is also linked in to the in-house entertainment system. As an extra for the master bedroom it's en-suite has been wired in to the a sound system so that you can listen to your favorite tracks whilst indulging yourself in that luxury bath. All the bedrooms are very spacious, light and airy (see photos) and open out onto their own decking or balcony area through large double doors giving the chance for that secluded breakfast for two before joining the rest of the guests for the days adventure. Luxury towels and bedding are all provided – but you are requested to bring your own towels for use at the beach or outside in the hot-tub. On the ground floor we have the third bedroom (twin beds) and is ideal for those guests that have problems negotiating stairs. The main entrance opens up into a large entrance hall which leads down to the spacious, well equipped, living room (pictures 2 and 6)and also round to the open plan dining room and kitchen (picture 3). The kitchen is well equipped, very spacious and boasts a central island. It naturally includes all the basics you would expect in a luxury home such as dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The dining room has a table which can extend out to seat 8 people. The living room has double height ceilings with panoramic windows facing out onto the golf course. The centerpiece has to be the fantastic fireplace with it's wonderful surrounding stonework. There is also the obligatory entertainment system with large screen TV. The front and side entranceways open onto spacious mudrooms giving plenty of space for storing all that outdoor clothing and boots. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Moving on down to the lower ground floor we have the entertainment room. This is equipped with the most incredible 6.1 sound system and very large flat screen TV which has been mounted above the natural stone fireplace. This is the ideal place to go and watch a film, listen to music or just sit around the fire and have a quite conversation. The kids will love playing their favorite games down there – so don’t forget to bring your favorite games console with you! Located next to the entertainment room we have the games room. This is fitted with a full size, competition level pool table - for adults only - this is not a toy! Finally on this level we have the fourth bedroom (again a twin). And oh, I almost forgot, we also have the magnificent sauna down here as well. Just what you need after a day out on the ski slopes. You're going to have to make some tough decisions whilst you're here - will it be the sauna, or perhaps the hot tub with the rest of the guest, or is it a candle lit bath for two in the privacy of your own en-suite - only you can decide! Moving to the outside we have both extensive decking and large grassed areas. A gazebo covers a large hot tub (seats 6) providing for all year round usage. The view from the hot tub allows you to look straight down the 7th fairway and out onto the lake - simply breath taking. The entertainment system has been extended out to both the decking and gazebo areas allowing the guest once again the possibility to hear their favorite music even whilst outside. Guests are requested that should they make use of this feature then they ensure that they keep the volume of the outside speakers down to a level which does not disturb other guests at the resort. In summer the teak garden furniture is placed out on the decking and made available for your use. Finally a word about the Entertainment system (my pride and joy if you hadn't noticed). The full home entertainment system gives the guest access to the owners 700+ film library, an extensive TV show library, a massive and varied music library and naturally internet radio. If this is not enough, then the guest also has the possibility to plug their own iPod into the system and play their own music through the system. The sound is either output locally or can be sent through the in-house sound system which allows each room to select what it wants to listen to. All I can say is that its an incredible system and if you like gadgets then you're going to love this. For those not so technically minded, don't worry, it's easy to use. The Chalet is also equipped with wireless (b/g/N) high speed internet for the guests use. Ample parking is available. Maximum occupancy for the chalet is 8 people. This is a NO SMOKING chalet.
