This chalet is ideally located in the centre of Humber Valley Resort - with great views and easily accessible, its the perfect mix of luxury and Newfoundland living.

Our 5 bedroom, wheelchair accessible chalet sleeps 10 comfortably. With 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms, large groups or multiple families can easily share. Each bedroom has its own washroom as well as one additional half bath available on the main floor.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms with balconies, both enjoying views of lake. The master bedroom with King size bed complete with ensuite includes Jacuzzi bath & separate shower. The other upper level bedroom has a queen size bed. Also on upper floor a loft area with 2 chairs and small coffee table to sit, relax and take in the view of the lake.

The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area which are wheel chair accessible, also on this level wheel chair accessible bedroom and ensuite, with access to outer deck. Dining room is suitable for 10 place settings. Separate washroom for convenience is located on this level as well. Lower level has 2 twin bedrooms. Also has a games room with air hockey table and table tennis table and, TV/DVD for additional enjoyment.

OUR RENTAL RATES FOR THE 2009 SEASON ARE AS FOLLOWS:

$100 cdn.+hst per bedroom per night.

Our chalet lends itself to being able to rented as a three bedroom as well.

We offer discounts for weekly (or longer) rentals. There is however a $100 cleaning fee for a rental that is less then 3 days in length.

We are flexible on the method of payment, contact us to discuss in detail.

We ask that you treat our chalet as your own and please report any breakage. We do not, however, allow pets.
